Tetiana Andrianova is a Board Member of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, Coordinator of the Women in Security Council (Ukraine Chapter), CEO of Octava Capital, Head of Corporate Security of the Octava Group, Managing Partner at Nota Group, Deputy Chair of the Board of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, and Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Defence Alliance of Ukraine.

Tetiana Andrianova is an experienced professional in corporate security, compliance, and risk management, with over 20 years of expertise. She serves as CEO of Octava Capital, Managing Partner at Nota Group, and Head of Corporate Security of the Octava Group.

Her core areas of expertise include the implementation of corporate security systems, anti-corruption programmes, compliance frameworks, as well as risk and crisis management.

She is a Board Member and Deputy Chair of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, Coordinator of the Women in Security Council in Ukraine, and Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Defence Alliance of Ukraine.

Tetiana has extensive practical experience in ensuring business resilience in times of crisis and integrating security and compliance functions into strategic management.
