Viktor Drobotenko

Chapter Chair, ASIS International Ukraine Chapter

iktor Drobotenko is the Chairman of the ASIS International Ukraine Chapter and CEO of SK Security, a leading Ukrainian provider of corporate security, risk analytics, business intelligence, and investigations services.

He is actively engaged with the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine and leading Ukrainian business associations. Viktor works on advancing the integration of international security standards in Ukraine and strengthening cooperation between the private and public sectors. He is a regular speaker and moderator at professional events on corporate intelligence, business resilience, and modern security challenges.

He has 25 years of experience in law enforcement, including senior leadership roles and participation in international peacekeeping missions. He concluded his public service in the CyberPolice, focusing on countering transnational cybercrime and hybrid threats.

Sergiy Pogrebnoy

With 34 years of experience in corporate security, including 10 years of military service and 30 years of legal practice. Recognized as an expert in corporate security, dispute resolution, and business protection in Ukraine, he is a Partner at Sayenko Kharenko and co-owner of SK Security.

Dispute resolution, criminal defense, corporate security, corporate conflicts, crisis project management, compliance, and forensic investigations.

Tetiana Andrianova is a Board Member of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, Coordinator of the Women in Security Council (Ukraine Chapter), CEO of Octava Capital, Head of Corporate Security of the Octava Group, Managing Partner at Nota Group, Deputy Chair of the Board of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, and Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Defence Alliance of Ukraine.

Tetiana Andrianova is an experienced professional in corporate security, compliance, and risk management, with over 20 years of expertise. She serves as CEO of Octava Capital, Managing Partner at Nota Group, and Head of Corporate Security of the Octava Group.

Her core areas of expertise include the implementation of corporate security systems, anti-corruption programmes, compliance frameworks, as well as risk and crisis management.

She is a Board Member and Deputy Chair of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, Coordinator of the Women in Security Council in Ukraine, and Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Defence Alliance of Ukraine.

Tetiana has extensive practical experience in ensuring business resilience in times of crisis and integrating security and compliance functions into strategic management.

Yevhen Miroshnykov

Young Professionals (YP) Representative

Yevhen Miroshnykov is the Coordinator of the ASIS Ukraine NextGen Community, Senior Associate in the Criminal Defence Practice at Sayenko Kharenko Law Firm, Head of the Legal Tech project OBLAVA, a veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2022–2025), and a member of several professional committees, including the Judicial and Criminal Defence Committee of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, the Committee on Protection of Lawyers’ Rights of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, and the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Yevhen Miroshnykov is a specialist in criminal defence, corporate security, and crisis management with over 10 years of professional experience, including service in law enforcement (as a senior investigator for major cases at the State Fiscal Service) and extensive legal practice.

He currently serves as a Senior Associate at Sayenko Kharenko, a leading law firm, and leads the Legal Tech product OBLAVA — a digital solution designed to provide immediate legal assistance in crisis situations.

His expertise includes strategic defence of businesses in high-profile criminal cases, protection against undue pressure from law enforcement authorities, and the development of internal security systems. He also coordinates the ASIS Ukraine NextGen Community, contributing to the professional development of emerging security leaders. Yevhen brings unique experience in crisis leadership and risk management in extreme conditions, gained during his military service in senior roles within the Defence Forces, including a UAV systems battalion.

Taras Bebeshko

Treasurer

Taras Bebeshko is a security expert in the defence sector with over 15 years of professional experience. His career spans both private and public sectors, including extensive work in ensuring the security of defence industry enterprises of various ownership structures.

He currently serves as Head of Economic Security at a defence company and acts as a security consultant for MillTech companies. He is also Chair of the Defence Security Committee of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine and a Board Member of the Ukrainian Chapter of ASIS International.

Taras specialises in security management within the defence industry, focusing on the protection of critical assets, risk mitigation, and strengthening organisational resilience in high-risk environments.

Mykola Mikheiev
