Yevhen Miroshnykov is the Coordinator of the ASIS Ukraine NextGen Community, Senior Associate in the Criminal Defence Practice at Sayenko Kharenko Law Firm, Head of the Legal Tech project OBLAVA, a veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2022–2025), and a member of several professional committees, including the Judicial and Criminal Defence Committee of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, the Committee on Protection of Lawyers’ Rights of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, and the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Yevhen Miroshnykov is a specialist in criminal defence, corporate security, and crisis management with over 10 years of professional experience, including service in law enforcement (as a senior investigator for major cases at the State Fiscal Service) and extensive legal practice.

He currently serves as a Senior Associate at Sayenko Kharenko, a leading law firm, and leads the Legal Tech product OBLAVA — a digital solution designed to provide immediate legal assistance in crisis situations.

His expertise includes strategic defence of businesses in high-profile criminal cases, protection against undue pressure from law enforcement authorities, and the development of internal security systems. He also coordinates the ASIS Ukraine NextGen Community, contributing to the professional development of emerging security leaders. Yevhen brings unique experience in crisis leadership and risk management in extreme conditions, gained during his military service in senior roles within the Defence Forces, including a UAV systems battalion.
